TRAINING WITH A TWIST
DECODE THE ROAD is a training programme that was created by our Chief Executive – Christina Addison and delivered by our trainers who are looked after Children; Care Leavers and reformed gang members. The programme was created to aid professionals in gaining a clear understanding of the risks young people encounter on the streets (otherwise known as the ROAD’S).
Our trainers’ wealth of real-world experience combined with their expertise of the ‘Streets’ means they can explore realistic scenarios and issues that are affecting children today and can motivate and inspire your staff and professionals to be more dynamic in risk assessing and promoting best practice.
Our face to face training is suitable for residential care Homes; schools; and professionals within a range of Health & Social Care settings. You can also attend one of our open courses or conferences.
